Massage
Massage is one of the best-known and oldest healing methods. Classical massage has its roots in the Greco-Roman tradition and was significantly developed in the 19th century by the physiotherapist Per Henrik Ling and the physician J. Georg Mezger.
Massages can stand alone as a form of treatment, but they are also often used to support other forms of therapy.
The classic massage aims to loosen tense muscles, stimulate blood circulation and metabolism, improve circulation, blood pressure, breathing and mental well-being and relieve pain.
In addition to the classic massage, a wide variety of massage forms are used today, including e.g: Connective tissue massage, aroma massage or reflexology.
