Kinesiotapes

Kinesiotapes, elastic, self-adhesive strips made of cotton and acrylic, support the body's self-healing powers. They are used therapeutically to support muscle and joint function, promote or restrict mobility and reduce pain.

Special application techniques and the wave-like structure of the adhesive material stimulate blood and lymph circulation, improve the metabolism and thus activate the healing process.

The tension in the muscles can be regulated by means of neurophysiological processes. The tapes are used for both prevention and rehabilitation.

The tapes come in different colors. But although there is no scientific evidence, the colors are said to contribute to healing through their effect on the psyche.
