At Portocolom, we offer an individual exercise program tailored to your needs - whether for prevention, rehabilitation or performance enhancement.
You will be looked after by an experienced team: a physiotherapist who specifically addresses muscular imbalances and tension, as well as a cardiologist and sports physician who, as an Ironman finisher, not only has medical expertise but also personal experience in endurance sports. The nutritional advice complements the exercise program in a meaningful way - because real health comes from the interaction of activity and a balanced diet.

Your individual exercise plan includes the following:
Detailed anamnesis and assessment of findings at the beginning, in particular physiotherapeutic findings to clarify the cause of possible complaints or restrictions
Creation of an individual treatment and training plan
Daily exercise program (Qi Gong, yoga, stretching, running, walking, posture training, behavioural training)
3 massages, tailored to your physical needs
3 physiotherapy units specially tailored to the findings
2 breathing therapy units to stabilize the autonomic nervous system
2 relaxation therapies including instructions on techniques for everyday life
1 hour of nutritional advice
