Strong in the core - pelvic floor training for men
The pelvic floor plays a central role in continence, stability and quality of life - and yet it is often overlooked in men. Particularly after prostate surgery, targeted pelvic floor training is crucial for regaining control over the bladder and core and boosting self-confidence.
In our individually tailored training programs, you learn to consciously activate, strengthen and relax the deep muscles - accompanied by experienced therapists, with respect, discretion and sound expertise.
Because real strength starts where you feel safe again.
Start before the operation - for more control, stability and a good feeling in your own body.
Your individual pelvic training includes the following:
Detailed anamnesis and recording of findings
A clear explanation of the anatomy helps to better understand the function of the pelvic floor and to be able to train it specifically
Bioresonance analysis to detect interference fields/stress and to discuss findings
Learn how to tighten the pelvic floor with a home exercise program
Coordination training of the relevant muscles, combined with posture training and behavioral training to avoid pressure in the abdomen - including targeted strengthening of the abdominal muscles in conjunction with the pelvic floor
3 Relax massages
2 breathing therapy sessions to regulate the autonomic nervous system and for the functional integration of breathing into movement and posture training
2 Detox liver wraps
